I’m seventeen years old and have just been hired by a real estate agency to create a simple system to keep track of their property signs. If you have any experience in real estate your help would be greatly appreciated. I’m thinking about numbering all the signs with a sticker or something.

Good friends of mine went into foreclosure do to the housing market in Central Valley California. They were not able to get their home refinanced because the home had loss value, due to this they were forced to go into foreclosure. Can they ever get back on track after going through this?

I can’t seem to find any statistics on what % of people own their homes debt free, what percentage would you say it is? or do you know where to find this information?

The baby cockateils were hached March 28th, and every two days after that x2. They are eating on there own. I separated them from their parents about 3 days ago, but they really really still like their parents alot. They were still begging for food about 4-5 days ago, but mom and dad were ignoring them and driving me crazy. (That is why I separated them from mom and dad). I have great homes for them, I was thinking that since they are eating, drinking, on there own it should be ok. My only hessitationis that they still get cold at night and huddle together to keep warm. I keep a heater on them (low of coarse) to keep their cage about 80. So if they go to their new homes alone they will be colder….any suggestions from the pro’s?
