All is far in love and war.What can that saying really be saying?  Are they saying there is a similarity between the two?I can’t be too positive that it was the intended meaning, but there are a lot of things that are similar between the two.

The similarities between the two I think are when that love becomes war.  It may still be love between the two but they are at each other like it is war.  I have seen this first hand doing couples therapy San Diego.A couple that once used to be loving now are constantly in battle.  It is my goal to bring peace to the two.And reclaim that long lost loving relationship.

So what are some signs that trouble is brewing?One of the warning signs that is a huge sign is the lack of communicating.Or should it be said lack of any communication.For all relationships, being able to communicate is critical.  Since it is key, if as a couple you start to sense less communication that is a sign.  It is a warning sign of trouble.  Whether I am doing couples counseling or  marriage counseling in San Diego I see it all the time.  After all if you can’t communicate, every little thing can become a big problem.  Proper communication helps avoid that.

Life, plenty of good times, but of course some bad times as well.Kind of ironic that your source of many joys and happiness can also be what causes great pains.

Where else can you find and have experiences that are joyous as love and friendship.  Or joys of family and friends.So numerous the joys you can’t even number them all.Where else except in life.

But there will be also in life a lot of sorrows.  Pains such as death, sicknesses, or wars to name a few.One of those tough times will be a marriage going through troubles.What was meant to be a relationship full of joyful experiences into a painful one.
