Leasing after a bankruptcy is not as difficult as it is thought to be. For instance, in order to obtain a bankruptcy auto loan, you need not have a stellar credit!
Until about 8 years ago, banks were in search of people with sub-prime credit and those who needed car loans or a bankruptcy auto loan. And, if at all the bankruptcy auto loan was offered, the bank used to charge a hefty interest rate.
There are no surprises, no sudden requests for you to leave the premises and, most of all; the lease clearly lists the amount of money you are expected to pay each month. Responsibility for snow removal and grass mowing should also be included in the conditions of the lease.

Many beginning real estate investors are searching for a real estate technique that I would call “real estate made easy.” While real estate investing is not easy, there is one actual approach to land investing that I believe is the closest thing to “real estate made easy.”
While it is true, over the long term virtually all real estate goes up in value. Holding land long term may not be the best choice for most people. In addition, since holding land itself does not produce any sizable income, the investor must consider the opportunity cost associated with holding it.

Having been in the real estate over twenty years, first as an agent, then as a broker, and then as a homeowner myself, I must say there is no secret formula to selling a home. It all boils down to being priced at or below the market. Unless you have some unique feature of your home that no other home offers and you can find a buyer who wants that feature, to sell your home requires two conditions:
1) the right price;
2) proper exposure in the market
