I have never heard what happens to these families. I also saw in the news yesterday that the gov’t was giving $1000 away to families who left their forclosed homes in good condition. They said half of forclosed homes were being trashed as revenge for them being forced to move out of their homes.

I’ve googled it before and all the listings that come up need to be paid for. There must be a list of forclosed homes that are free.

Im looking to find a listing of forclosed homes and each time I do an internet search everything requires payment. Why? Is there a way around this? Thanks!

Hi, I was just wondering how to find out more info on buying forclosed homes. And what are the pros & cons? Are there local sites by county or state and what are the procedures to actually becoming the new owner of one of these homes? Thanks!
