I have 6 tenant occupied properties, and I was wondering if it would make sense to hire a property management company to manage them. Right now I am doing everything myself: fixing the properties, collecting rents and evicting tenants if necessary. On top of that I am also taking care of my daughter. I was wondering if I should get some help right now or if I should wait until I have more properties. Feel free to share your experience if you want to.
