Melbourne is officially the industry’s best liveable metropolis, just over Vancouver and Vienna, in accordance to the newest survey by the Economist Intelligence Unit.
The report, that will take into consideration staying conditions, political balance, high quality of well being, education and the environment, saw Melbourne knock the Canadian city off the number one spot for the first time in practically a decade. Vienna is ranked third.
Melbourne was brought over other Australian locations in the top ten, including Sydney, Adelaide and Perth, beating the former winner Vancouver, that lost points being founded on its infrastructure.

How do I become a real estate agent in Canada?

I am currently attending the University of Western Ontario to obtain a Bachelors degree (in my second year). This summer (and the next summer) I want to attend OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association) to get my real estate license. Is this all I have to do to become a real estate agent? Do I need other experience, and what else can I do to guarantee that I get a job in the field?
