If your home needs no repairs, then a home staging is a good choice. But, if your home is not in a good shape, it may be a better idea to do some minor repairs first.

Once your home is beautiful and ready to be put on the market, you will need to decide if you want to go through a realtor or you want to sell your home yourself.
