With both these palm trees or any buy palm trees the key is learning how to care for them.With these two in particular you definitely want to ensure that you do not overwater them.  That is the leading cause of diseases.Also, you need to ensure that you have a good soil and fertilize if you have to.If you do take good care of these palm trees then definitely you will get to enjoy them. You will absolutely be enjoying palm trees that not many people have and it will help your landscaping stand out and appear.
