Should I put my boyfriend on my title?
I’m a 41 year old woman and I’m planning on buyng my first home next month. I am going to pay cash, so there won’t be a mortgage. My boyfriend said that he wants on the title otherwise he won’t feel that he’s a true partner. We plan to get married early next year. He’s not putting any of his money on the house, so I feel that it should be in my name only…
Is this selfish of me? I’m a good person and I won’t "throw" him out as he fears – especially after we’re married.
