I was looking for how to buy commercial real estate and found a good looking program for it. The Austin Davis Real Estate program is called creprogram. A guy named Austin Davis created it. I think the program is just what I have been looking for. His program is about getting funding for deals. I am needing to get funding still too. I got Monica Main’s program and it was good for basic management stuff. It has a lot of what I needed to know. I need funding in the next 12 months.

If I could get in that I think it would be very helpful. I dont know any one else in his program. I am looking to find out more on how his program would work.

I am going to buy a apartment each year. If I can get keep doing it for 15 years I will reach my goal. I am going to go after making a strong cashflow so I can do more. The cashflow from apartments is the best way to go. I am out to get my first deal in the next 3 months. I am wanting to get my funding really soon for it. Austin Davis seems to be the best way to go.
