First off since I own a Vista auto repair shop I know how expensive transmission repairs can be.So I make sure that my clients do a couple of checks prior to bringing it in.This way you can verify if it has a need to be taken in.First thing they can do is check the fluid.The fluid needs to be real clear.If the fluid is dark or black that is an indication of a problem and they have to bring their car in.

A second thing they can look at is how the gear shifts.You can perform this by just shifting the gears from park to drive.  Or you can move it from park to reverse.  What you are looking for is for the gears to shift smoothly.What you hope doesn’t happen is a jerking motion.If you find that your car is jerking that is an indication of problems with your transmission.  In my La Costa transmission repair shop this is one of the big signs of transmission problems.Quite a few cars that are brought in have this problem.

In life and most relationships you will have some conflict.It’s obvious sometimes there will some that are worse off than others.  In a marriage these conflicts can lead to serious consequences.The difficult part of it all is being able to tell when counseling is needed. Because you don’t to overreact and grab any counselor from one argument.  But you need to know when it is needed.So what will allow you to know when it is needed?

That is a difficult question.  As a San Diego marriage counselor helping people has allowed me to see who needs it.  Because there are times when maybe it wasn’t needed.But the counseling that takes place is usuallly pretty beneficial.But a sign that help may be needed is if the couple has very little communication.If the couple still have fighting issues but are still making attempts to fix it, that is a good sign.But if the only time they talk is when they are fighting, they need serious help. There is no interaction present.And being able to communicate is a key factor is mending it.

Another tell tale sign is the coupel wanting to have nothing to do with the other person. It seems like that should be obvious but when the couple is having a hard time being with each other help is needed.  I have seen a lot of couples come to that point while helping in couples therapy San Diego.  If there is a hate there that is not good.  This can lead to more harmful effects in the relaltionship.
