I was interested in the real estate field. What steaps do i have to take to become a real estate agent?
I want to get my license to do commercial and residential real estate apprasials, but I am worried about the current real estate market. Is this still a good career to pursue, or is the market really ending for this type of business? How much money do appraisal workers make annually? Thanks for any info!
Because when i hear about Real Estate sometimes, i be thinking if it’s hard to do real estate and how hard it is to learn Real Estate.
I’m thinking of majoring in real estate and had a few questions for this job. What are majors required to become a real estate agent? Are there any colleges that specialize in that major? How about the required degrees? How many years of education will it take?
I also live in California to be specific.
